The application dates for the Summer Term Internship for the 2024–2025 Vocational Practice-I and Vocational Practice-II courses have been determined.
After obtaining approval from the Institution considered for internship application, approval for the relevant internship place must first be obtained through the links below. Subsequently, the required documents must be uploaded to the system via the Document Submission Form section.

1st Term: 30 June 2025
2nd Term: 21 July 2025
3rd Term: 18 August 2025
4th Term: Will be determined later according to the academic calendar of the 2025–2026 academic year.

The Internship Acceptance Form must be written on the institution’s official letterhead, including the student number and name, and must specify the internship period. The Internship Acceptance Document must be stamped with the institution's official seal and signed. A sample acceptance statement is provided below:

The internship of the student named Ali DURUR, student number 170260001, between the dates …../…./….. - …./…./…. for 20 working days has been deemed appropriate by our institution.

The internship insurance will start on the dates specified above and will cover 20 working days.

Students will decide on the internship start date together with the company where they will do their internship.

All students who will undertake an internship are required to upload the necessary internship documents (a copy of the national ID card, entitlement document, and the unemployment contribution information form related to internship wages (Form-2 to be obtained from the department website), and the approval form related to the internship place) to the system.

For companies requesting insurance, submission of the unemployment contribution information form is mandatory. Otherwise, submission of this form is not required.

The internship insurance will commence on the date closest to the student’s internship start date among the periods specified above.

You must complete and upload all documents at least ten (10) business days before the internship start date.

Students must upload internship-related documents to the system by the following deadlines at the latest:

• 1st Term: 20 June 2024

• 2nd Term: 11 July 2025

• 3rd Term: 08 August 2025

• 4th Term: Will be determined later according to the academic calendar of the 2025–2026 academic year

Documents uploaded by these dates will be forwarded to the Dean’s Office for the respective term.
