This committee operates with the aim of strengthening the institutional identity of the department, promoting educational activities, academic and social events, and ensuring effective communication with the target audience by managing the department’s social media platforms and website in an up-to-date and efficient manner.
1. Website Content Management:
Ensure that the content on the department’s website is kept up to date (announcements, events, faculty information, course content, etc.).
Publish important information for students such as the academic calendar, course schedules, and exam timetables in a timely manner.
2. Social Media Management:
Actively manage the department's official social media accounts.
Regularly share content related to academic and social events, seminars, success stories, and alumni news.
Prepare visual and textual content in accordance with the department's institutional identity.
3. Promotional Activities:
Announce events such as university open days, student admissions, and alumni gatherings via the website and social media platforms.
Prepare or coordinate the preparation of digital materials such as promotional videos, interviews, and event summaries.
4. Feedback and Engagement Monitoring:
Monitor messages, comments, and questions received via social media and the website, and direct them to the relevant units.
5. Institutional Identity Compliance:
Ensure that all website and social media content aligns with the university's institutional identity guidelines.
Standardize visual design, language usage, and posting frequency.
