Main Objective:
To ensure that the department's students and academic staff benefit from national and international exchange programs in an effective, fair, and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Program Planning and Coordination
- the Erasmus , Mevlana, and Farabi programs.
- Planning program quotas and adjusting them according to departmental needs.
- Creating application processes that are aligned with the academic calendar.
2. Application and Evaluation Processes
- Evaluating student applications according to academic criteria .
- Conducting interviews or further assessments when necessary.
- Announcing election results transparently.
3. Learning Agreements
- Reviewing the academic suitability of the courses students will take.
- To evaluate the alignment of courses with curriculum outcomes.
- Approving course changes when necessary.
4. Course Recognition and Grade Conversion
- To ensure the recognition of lessons learned after the exchange.
- Checking ECTS and credit alignment.
- To carry out grade conversion processes according to the established principles.
5. Academic and Administrative Support
- Providing counseling to outgoing and incoming students
- To provide solutions to academic problems encountered throughout the process.
- Supporting academic staff mobility
6. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the programs
- Evaluating participation and success statistics.
- Developing process improvement suggestions
