Main Objective:
To improve the department's digital infrastructure and ensure that academic and administrative processes are carried out efficiently, securely, and sustainably.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Website Management
- To ensure the department's website contains up-to-date and accurate information.
- To ensure regular updates on academic staff, courses, and announcements.
- Coordinating multilingual content management.
2. Automation Systems
- Monitoring and improving student and academic information systems.
- To increase the efficiency of course registration, grade entry, and evaluation processes.
- Evaluating new software solutions
- Managing course descriptions, exam descriptions, and course equivalency processes.
- To assign courses to different branches and make faculty appointments.
3. Technical Infrastructure and Security
- To establish data security and access control mechanisms.
- To identify and resolve systemic errors.
- Managing backup and data integrity processes.
4. User Experience and Accessibility
- Improving website usability
- To ensure design standards suitable for accessibility for people with disabilities.
- Making improvements based on feedback.
