SCRAP AND EMBEZZLEMENT COMMISSION

Main Objective:

To ensure that fixed assets, assigned materials, and scrap metal transactions within the department are carried out in accordance with regulations, in an orderly manner, and in a traceable way.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Asset Management

• To manage the inventory of fixed assets in the department.
• To keep records of materials allocated to academic and administrative staff.
• Tracking asset changes and return processes.

2. Inventory Tracking

• Maintaining up-to-date inventory records of all fixed assets
• periodic inventory checks.
• Identifying missing or lost materials

3. Scrap Metal Processing

• Identifying materials that have reached the end of their service life.
• To carry out scrapping processes.
• Creating scrap metal records in accordance with relevant legislation.

4. Reporting and Auditing

• Preparing reports on inventory and scrap processing.
• Providing the necessary documents during audit processes.
