ABOUT SUMMER TERM INTERNSHIP APPLICATION AND INSURANCE ENTRY DATES

Summer Term Internship application dates have been determined for 2024-2025 Professional Practice-I and Professional Practice-II courses. After receiving the approval of the institution where the internship application is planned, approval will be obtained for the relevant internship location from the links below. Then, the relevant documents will be uploaded to the system from the Document Delivery Form section.

Insurance Entry Dates

1st Term: June 30, 2025

2nd Term: July 21, 2025

NOTE: Students who will do consecutive internships in the 2nd and 3rd Term can enter their internships starting from July 7. The 2nd and 3rd Term internships should not overlap. In addition, students who do internships in companies can use Saturdays for internships if the company works on Saturdays. For those who will do a single internship, they can send their insurance entries on July 21. However, all students' internship entries will be reported to the dean's office on July 3 for the 2nd Term.

Term 3: August 11, 2025

Internship Acceptance Form must be written on the company's letterhead, stating the student number and name, and the dates between which the internship will be done. The Internship Acceptance Document must have the company's stamp and must be signed. A sample acceptance letter is given below.

Internship Insurance will start on the dates specified above, including 20 working days.

Students will decide on the internship start dates together with the company where they will do their internship.
All students who will do an internship must upload the necessary internship documents (copy of ID card, entitlement certificate and unemployment contribution information form regarding internship fees (Form-2 to be obtained from the Department Web page), and the approval form regarding the internship place to the system.
It is mandatory to send the unemployment contribution information form for companies requesting insurance. Otherwise, there is no need to send this form.
The internship insurance entry will be made to start on whichever period above the student's internship start date is closest to.
You must complete and upload the documents ten (10) business days before the internship start date.
Students must submit their internship documents no later than;

1st Term: June 20, 2025

2nd Term: July 3, 2025

3rd Term: August 01, 2025

for those who are entered into the system until that period, the documents for that period will be forwarded to the Dean's Office.
